Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Products that have been customized or personalized
  • Items on clearance or sale

Return Process:

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.

Refunds

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@gamestorm.ae.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@gamestorm.ae with the details of the defect or damage.
